After a first degree at the Bocconi University of Milan and an MBA at the Columbia Business School of New York, Alessandra worked for Philips, later becoming a consultant for important businesses. In 2001 she founded Italia Gastronomica, combining her competency in marketing with her passion for Italy and the country’s gastronomic richness.
Giovanni Guffanti Fiori
A family tradition that has reached its fifth generation, now has Giovanni as its representative. Master of Taste in the sector of Cheeses, he has been an enthusiastic protagonist of Italia Gastronomica’s events as a professional of Italian traditions and selector of products.
He got a degree from Bocconi University and an MBA from the HEC of Paris and the Harvard Business School of Boston. He has worked in the finance and administration department of important multinational companies. He refers to himself as "the man of numbers” and is responsible of the financial strategy of Italia Gastronomica.
