Every year, Italia Gastronomica publishes a catalogue of food and wine tours in Italy for the individual (FIT). We offer an accurate selection of packages that perfectly combine unforgettable food and wine experiences with cultural visits to the main places of historical, artistic and environmental interest. The real added-value of these tours are the visits to artisan producers of typical gastronomic products, which still follow the old tradition.
In general, the tours have a variable length from three to eight days with an average stay of 3 days in each hotel. All the planning is carried out in great detail so that the visitor is offered a perfect balance of activities connected to food and wine (cookery courses, visitors to producers, dinners, tastings…) and visits connected to the culture and landscapes of the area.
